Dr. S. Devendra Dr. S. Devendra, Whole Time Director is a graduate in medicine and is one of the key architects in developing the organisation and is instrumental in transforming the company from single product to multi product.He has gained national and international repute for his knowledge in Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Global Competition, and Strategic Thinking. He has been mentoring and developing the marketing skills of the company.

S. Abhaya Kumar Mr. S. Abhaya Kumar, Whole Time Director a chemical engineer has been one of the key architects in developing the organisation He is a Chemical Engineer and has been heading the technical team of the company. His contribution in Technicalities of the products' to meet Global Competition and Strategizing in manufacturing techniques and quality of products has taken Shasun to international heights. He has also been responsible for marketing efforts of the organisation in USA. He is associated with Indo American Chamber of Commerce and various National bodies related to Chemical Industry.

S. Vimal Kumar Mr. S. Vimal Kumar, Whole Time Director is a graduate in Commerce from Loyola College in Chennai in the year 1976 and a Fellow Chartered Accountant. He started his career with Shasun Chemicals and Drugs Limited and became Director Finance of the Company. As a Chartered Accountant, he heads the accounting and finance functions of the company. He has been responsible for setting up internal controls within the company. He is also holding of Directorship for Shasun Group of Companies .

N. Govindarajan Mr. N. Govindarajan, CEO and Managing Director is a mechanical engineer by training from Annamalai University and expert on piping engineering through his program from I.I.T. Powai. He joined Shasun as General Manager - Projects Planning in January 2000. Based on his experience of over a decade in chemical and agro chemical industries and also due to his credible contribution to R & D development, he rose to become the Vice President - R & D. During this term of 2 years he structured several relationships with key clients including MNC's, envissoned the promise of generics, and developed an organizational culture that delivered the promise of Indian R&D especially in synthetic organic chemistry. For his outstanding contribution to the R&D, he was appointed as CEO to provide thought leadership and strategic management. Over the last one year he has been instrumental in the transformation of the organisation to one that is professionally managed. Before joining Shasun, he was with Ficom Organics Ltd, as Chief - Projects and Maintenance, where he was involved in complete project management and he was heading the total group comprising of finance, purchase and execution.

C.L. Jain Mr. C.L. Jain, Chairman and Director is the former Finance Director of Hoechst India Ltd (presently known as Aventis Ltd). His qualification include Mcom ,FCA,ACMA ACIS,ACS and he has been an active member of the Board since 1992. He is also on the Boards of other leading companies like RPG Life Sciences Ltd, ,Aventis Crop Science India Ltd, Inertia Industries Ltd.

C.M .Tolia Mr. C.M .Tolia is an Industrialist, Educationalist and Social Worker. He has been in the Board since 1985. He is the Secretary of Smt DKNB Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai.

Dr. Jagdish N .Seth Dr. Jagdish N .Seth is the Professor of Marketing at the Emery University , Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to this Dr. Sheth was the Professor of Marketing in the University of Southern California, University of Illinois, on the Faculty of Columbia University and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.Professor Sheth. He did his graduation at Chennai . and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 1962 and received a Doctorate from the same University in 1966.Professor Sheth is nationally and internationally known for his contribution in Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Global Competition and Strategic Thinking. Professor Sheth is also on the Board of Directors of Wipro Limited , NASDAQ.

D.A. Prasanna D.A. Prasanna, is an Engineer and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. After serving in manufacturing leadership position in Tata Motors, he joined Wipro as a member of Wipro Corporate Executive Council in 1978. As Corp Exec VP, HR and Business Development during 78-89, he contributed to Wipro's entry into IT & Software. He is acknowledged for leadership development in the Indian Software industry. He was appointed by GE and Wipro to be Wipro GE Medical Systems Ltd's first CEO. His last position in Wipro was CEO Wipro Health Science, Chairman of Wipro Fluid Power and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wipro, a $1B Software technology Co.
