Mr. S. Abhaya Kumar, Managing Director is a chemical engineer has been one of the key architects in developing the organisation He is a Chemical Engineer and has been heading the technical team of the company. His contribution in Technicalities of the products' to meet Global Competition and Strategizing in manufacturing techniques and quality of products has taken Shasun to international heights. He has also been responsible for marketing efforts of the organisation in USA. He is associated with Indo American Chamber of Commerce and various National bodies related to Chemical Industry. |

S. Vimal Kumar
Mr. S. Vimal Kumar, Whole Time Director is a graduate in Commerce from Loyola College in Chennai in the year 1976 and a Fellow Chartered Accountant. He started his career with Shasun Chemicals and Drugs Limited and became Director Finance of the Company. As a Chartered Accountant, he heads the accounting and finance functions of the company. He has been responsible for setting up internal controls within the company. He is also holding of Directorship for Shasun Group of Companies . |

A M Mohan
Mr. A M Mohan, Director EHS, a chemical engineer has been one of the key management team members in shaping the organization.
Mr. Mohan, a role model for youngsters, is a fast track individual, has been heading the Operations and currently heading the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) New Product Initiatives & Projects.
His contribution in shaping up a world class organization at a rapid pace to meet Global Competition is immeasurable. |

R. Kannan
Mr. R. Kannan, Chairman, a Post Graduate in Mathematics from Madras University, PGDMS from Bombay University and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers with Industrial Finance.
- During the period 1973 to 1983, Manager in a large public sector national bank, headed Credit Department of Large Borrowal Accounts – Bombay. Dealt with large Credit & Term Funding, under RBI Credit Authorization regulations, for URAN GAS POWER PROJECT, MONSONTO & MINDIA merger and turnaround of ASIAN ELECTRNICS.
- In 1984, set up Merchant Banking division for a large public sector bank, developed its merchant banking business in India to become the largest, introduced variety of products and services, set up new subsidiary to take over the business with independent professional team to manage, led the market by top line and bottom-line with market share of over 60%. During the period 1987 to 1989, was responsible for entry of public sector banks into mutual funds, stock broking and Venture Capital businesses in India.
- During the period 1990 to 94 headed the Merchant Banking and Investment Banking of a large MNC Bank in India. In 1994 set up Corporate Finance business, with branches in Delhi and Bangalore, to provide fee based corporate finance services, partnering with financial investors. Grew the company and divested 100% in 2007.
- Has been member of High Power Committees, appointed by the Government of India, for Stock Transfer Reforms, Bank Finance against stocks, entry norms for private sector mutual funds, Safety Net Mechanism for equity offerings, Bank finance for diamond trade, SEBI Deregulation for recognition of SROs in financial services.
In 2008, set up his own advisory service business to provide Owner Level Advice for performance management, business planning, financial restructuring and dispute resolution, for large family owned enterprises in India. |

R. Sundara Rajan
Mr. R. Sundara Rajan, is a Mechanical Engineer and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a Chartered Engineer and Associate of Insurance Institute of India. He has a rich experience of around 30 years in Pharmaceutical Industry in senior management positions.
He had worked for Macneill & Barry, Mit Laboratories/Astra-IDL, Mount Mettur Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Medispan Limited and was the founder Managing Director of Medicorp Tecnologies India Ltd a listed Company which later merged with Matrix laboratories Ltd. He continued as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Matrix laboratories till 2005. In 2005 he joined the Shriram Group of Companies Chennai as Group Advisor and Director. He is also the Manging Director of Shriram Asset Management Company Limited. |

N. Subramanian
Mr. N. Subramanian is a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 1995. His areas of practice include Auditing, Advising on Corporate laws, Income Tax, FEMA, MRTP and Sales Tax and Central Excise laws. He is also a senior partner in M/s. Vivekanandan Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai.
He worked with Vysya Bank Limited from August 1982 to June 1984 as an Officer, Assistant Regional Manager with Motor & General Finance Limited for Madras operations from 1985-91, Finance Manager with Empee Sugars Ltd from 1991-92, Group Finance Controller with Gremach CNC Ltd (Machine Tool manufacturer) and Gremach Tea Ltd (Tea processing unit) from 1993-95. Earlier, he also functioned as a Director of a private limited company engaged as share transfer agents. |
