SRC also works with clients to provide laboratory support for projects undergoing technology transfer to be manufactured in one of the facilities of Shasun from client site. Our team gets involved to analyze the technology to be transferred and do all the work required for a trouble-free and smooth transition of the process technology. This is handled in a timely manner from client to our plants until the validation batches are complete. This also includes also analytical method validation, hazop analysis and other supporting activities.

Shasun has recently procured the EasyMaxTM reactor system from Mettler Toledo to enhance its capabilities in the area of process analysis . Parameters such as temperature curves, dosing, heat output, safety parameters etc. are logged by the system and analyzed by our process engineers for robust scaleup design.
